Ace Nigerian singer, Davido’s hit song “Fall” breaks record as the best selling afrobeat song.
On the 22nd of April, Davido’s official fan page, @_davidodaily shared that “Fall” had become the highest-selling Afrobeat song and the music star confirmed it by retweeting.
According to the report, Fall has now sold over 1.5 million units worldwide and in doing so, it becomes the first afrobeat song to achieve the feat.

The video for Fall recently became the first afrobeat clip to hit 200 million views on Youtube. The song was also the first afrobeat visual to cross 100 million views and 150 million views on the video-streaming app.
In other news, the music video of Davido’s Jowo has crossed 25 million streams on Youtube four months after its release.
