Ace Nigerian singer and music executive, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido has revealed the day he will never forget in his life.

The DMW Record Label Boss took to his official twitter account to share with his fans and followers a memory that will take forever to erase.

Davido revealed that a concert he organized in the UK two years ago where he sold out tickets at the O2 Arena in London is the day he will never forget.

According to the “Fem” crooner, he can’t wait to stage another concert like that and he shared a snippet of his performance on that night on his social media  page.

He tweeted;

2 years ago today … I sold out @theO2 arena london!! A day I’ll never forget!! Can’t wait to do this again !!

In 2019 Davido joined the likes of Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Wizkid among other celebrities who have sold out shows at O2 Arena, London.

Davido becames the second African Artist to sell out the O2.

Recall that Wizkid was the first African artist to record a sold out show in June 2018.

The O2 Arena is a 20,000 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena in the centre of The O2 entertainment complex on the Greenwich Peninsula in southeast London. It opened in its present form in 2007. It has the second-highest seating capacity of any indoor venue in the United Kingdom, behind the Manchester Arena, and in 2008 was the world’s busiest music arena.

The arena was built under the former Millennium Dome, a large dome-shaped building built to house an exhibition celebrating the turn of the third millennium; as the structure still stands over the arena, The Dome remains a name in common usage for the venue. The arena, as well as the overall O2 complex, is named after its primary sponsor, the telecommunications company O2, a subsidiary of Spain’s Telefónica.
