Man Utd Striker, Odion Ighalo Condemns Shooting Of EndSARS Protesters
Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo has condemned the Nigerian government over the shooting of innocent EndSARS protesters at Lekki area of Lagos by the Nigerian soldiers.
This is coming after unharmed #Endsars protesters were opened fire on by alleged shooters in military uniform leaving tenths of protesters injured.
He took to his twitter to share the video on the field of play after a Champions League match with PSG. Sharing the video he wrote: Pray for NIGERIA
The professional footballer criticized the government of Nigeria for sending the military to the street, fully armed against peaceful protesters exercising their civil rights for a better nation. He further emphasized on the need for the total overhaul of the government while stressing how embarrassing the situation is.
