A woman took to Twitter to flaunt how off how much weight loss she had achieved after she changed her lifestyle.
The lady shared a photo she took on January 15, 2020, and another taken on June 9, 2020. She revealed she lost 27 kg in less than 5 months.
She credited her weight loss to consuming fewer chocolates, eating 3 meals without snacks in between, and training 6 days a week.
