According to Reports reaching THEAFRICANMEDIA, the FIFA Independent Ethics Committee has issued the chairperson of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Ahmad Ahmad, a five-year ban with a 200,000 Swiss Franc fine.
The five year ban means Ahmed won’t be involved in any football activities for that timeframe.
After several investigations conducted by the adjudicatory chamber of the FIFA Independent Ethics Committee, Ahmad was verified guilty of abuse of office and misappropriation of funds.
